"I purchased a helmet and was not happy with it so I went to go back to the store to exchange it heard their advertisement of being able to exchange your helmet within 30 days. The staff member ask me if I rode my bike with the helmet good God who wouldn't? Then he proceeded to tell me that I could not return the helmet because I rode my bike with it on. Then he also had a poor attitude when I asked questions about the different helmets. I wound up getting a new helmet but was not waited on like I felt I should be for a $500 purchase. Great store, great selection, need more enthusiastic employees. "
